Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the items are outside, in a garage, or you’ve left access, we can do the pickup without you. Just tell us when you text.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. Text us in the morning for the best chance. If we’re booked, we’ll offer the soonest time we have.
Do you carry things out of the house?
Yes. We do all the lifting, from inside the home, the garage, or the backyard. You point, we haul.
What can’t you take?
Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, and fuel. If you’re unsure about an item, text a photo and we’ll tell you.
